The Northern Power Systems team is committed to prompt and efficient customer service. Our engineers stand ready to support the safe and reliable operation of our turbines through our unique SmartView monitoring system, which provides us nearly unlimited access to the turbine control system. In addition, we continuously conduct preventative maintenance diagnostics on our fleet of turbines to identify opportunities for even more proactive service and support of our turbines.
Should a service call be required above and beyond the annual scheduled preventative maintenance interval, we have developed a network of local authorized service partners who have been fully trained at our engineering and manufacturing headquarters in Vermont.
Our investment in this support infrastructure and our commitment to service, along with the inherent advantage of our high reliability and low maintenance Permanent Magnet Direct Drive technology, delivers an unprecedented value to our customers that simply cannot be matched by manufacturers or re-sellers of other turbines.
